Loved the hostel and its ammenities. The location was good as well. It offered a lot of useful things for travellers. The free breakfast was nice. Some of the staff were very helpful(front desk), however, both my two companions and I agree that nearly everyone involved in running either the bar or kitchen/restaurant were very rude and unhelpful. It was sad, as those were a couple of the things we were looking forward too, but after multiple bad experiences we went to other places nearby and had a much more enjoyable experiance. Overall, very satisfied.

Decisamente consigliabile!!Ostello carinissimo, pulito e ben attrezzato. Massima disponibilità e cortesia da parte dello staff. Situato in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicinissima al centro, fermata della metro a pochi metri. Da vedere!!!

Great hostel. However there were several minor things that I didn't enjoy: washrooms are really small, if you it there, a sink is right in your face; showers are also tiny and it's hard not to get all your clothes wet; beds are extremely narrow.

What a great hostel! I stayed here for 5 nights in the 12 bed mixed dorm on my own as i was studying in London. The curtains around the bed gives you loads of privacy and meant i could study without disturbing my fellow room mates! The hostel was very clean and the only mess present was caused by those that did not leave things as they found them! My bed linen was changed after 4 nights stay. The staff at the hostel were great and a big thank you goes out to Orlando the chef as he made me feel at home and very welcome and would often stop for a chat. The food in the restaurant was great. Nice big portions. The bar was very nice also with a good atmosphere. This hostel has a chilled out relaxed atmosphere. The only criticism is that the showers are so tiny! Also the breakfast is not up to much as they leave piles of toast out which is cold and i hate cold toast. but there were also croissants and jam and also cereal,tea/coffee juice. A lot of large groups stay at the hostel but i found this not to cause any problems. There are plenty of showers and toilets and i never had to wait at all. I will definatly stay here again next time i am in London Town!!!!
