The sheets were stained, the shower was awful. There were ants crawling around in the shower and bathroom. The toliet didn't flush well. The top lock on the door was not working.

The hostel was old and tired and most facilities were quite dirty. the bar smelt like sick. I was expecting a friendly enviroment but communial areas were small and the atmosphere closed. hard to meet people when travelling alone. doors open to hostel people could walk in off the street and out only a sign to prevent people from doing so and some current room mates maybe to trusting in leaving the door to the dorm also wide open.

Room service was supposed to come but only came once during stay. We had to argue a long time to get the website promised 10% off of trips booked there. We had to go to the front desk twice to finally get new towels. The internet pcs there are a mess and do not really work. It is extremely loud in all rooms due to the techno disco out front. When asked to call a taxi for us the guy did not do it and we almost missed the plane. Unfriendly staff, too noisey - I would not go

all the crew at shenannigans are cool, the place is a great venue for backpackers i deffinatly recomend you stay here.
