the 'easy' is located in a quieter section of lisbon - but the city is small enough, so you dont even notice. the directions from the airport are spot on. the hostel is new, and doesnt have a whole lot of local character, but there are alot of really nice features (that you wont find in most other places - free bulk laundry, fresh baked bread in the morning, free shots at 10pm, and 6 beers for 4 euro happy hours. the staff was fairly helpful, and the rooms were clean. breakfast was a little sparse, but the fresh baked bread was great. SECURITY was IMPRESSIVE. "easy" is the only hostel that i've ever been to, where they actually ask you to look into the video camera (downstairs) before letting you in. most places that ive been to just buzz everybody.
