We booked a twin room but found that when we arrived we had a large double bed or two beds together.

An excellent central Hanoi hotel. From the start management were highly organised, and stayed in regular e-mail contact, whilst I made adjustment to rooms bookings and made provisions for train tickets to be deleievred. Staff were just so helpful throughout our stay. Liked the free tea and coffee service after a hard days shop. Also gave excellent commission rate on currency exchange.

Hotel was very good overall. We enjoyed our stay there. We booked the Halong Bay tour from them which was well worth it even though the actual boat wasn't the one shown in the tour booklet.

Good hotel - street scene a bit of a deterrent. Friendly helpful staff. Clean, cosy room. Rooms in the rear a bit dark - window into a central shaft.
