This hotel was full and declined our booking- instead referred us to another hotel for twice the cost. You need to sort this booking engine out as it clearly does not have a live booking system.

I spent almost 5 days(Jan.22-26,2007) of my vacation at this guesthouse and quite enjoyed my recent stay . Except I hadn't be served even a meal of breakfast since the first morning to the last just because I hadn't booked a tour from them! So, please note that breakfast WILL NOT BE INCLUDED if you do not book a tour. Property facilities should be revised more clearly about this policy. Anyway,there're at least 2 persons who should be admired by guests.The first one is the receptionist , email correspondent -the girl from Ninh Binh named Thi .She is helpful and friendly .Her English skill is excellent and her smile is truly lovely.You probably hum the song "Can't help falling in love" again when you see her smile. Another one is the maid (I don't know her name).The room was perfectly nice ,the floor was extreamly clean everytime I came back.That means her job had been done successfully. I really appreciated what she'd done. Overall OK. Worth every pennies to stay.Recommended.
