The location of AQQ is fantastic, just off the main square. They were undergoing some refurbishment while we were there so the reception was in the common room- one of the staff members was constantly on the free internet PC. The other staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The private double rooms were dire - the sheet didn't cover the mattress, the bed was an old fold out. There was no power points/outlets in the room. Despite the location would not stay again.

AQQ is a very clean hostel. The staff is helpfull and very gentle. We had a two person room and it was really nice, also the kitchen and the room were you can stay, reading, tv-looking and the internet you can use it for free. The hostel is on a wonderful site of the city, directly in the center near the market place, so you can walk to everything (we walked every part of the city (we did 72 km in tree days, we like walking!) We also did auschwitsch and birkenau excursion, when you are in krakow you have to go there to see the terrible things who happens on people by the nazies, really well-planned and with a very sick mind.I hope never that people do this things, it was super crazy, i don't have words for it. I recommend this hostel special because it is super. Love from holland to simon and jakob, the staffmembers we met, they need tips because they earn a few (everything in krakow is cheaper as it is in holland) bye and all the people who go to krakow, take AQQ-hostel and have a good time there, we had! marga boswijk and mia van erp

staff were lovely and very helpfull. they wash your clothes for free which was great. they have free internet but only 1 computer worked. bedrooms & bathrooms were clean. very close to main square.
