When I arrived I realized that this ISN'T THE RIGHT LOCATION!! The actual hostel is cattycorner to the address listed here. I was taken by a women who didn't speak English

This hostel was empty on the night I reached there (but likely to be open during the day). If not for a foreigner who knew about a nearby hostel, I could really end up lodging in an expensive hotel room instead. The attendant at the latter hostel was good, though.
