Was told the wifi would work throughout the hostel but in reality this was just in the lobby. Lobby had no cellphone coverage so spent a lot of time running between the front door and the lobby lounge. In my view wireless throughout hostel should mean throughout, not just in a few spots.

the location is pretty good, food-wise. you can walk to the busy areas in about 15 mins. staff weren't very helpful.

I found it a bit stuffy and were bitten by bed bugs. The location was superb, though, and the staff was nice.

A great place to stay in San Francisco, not too far from where everything happens.
