Very nice place on the beach. The staff is very nice and friendly. Facilities are good...we only missed fress air. We had a window, but didn't understand why it wasn't in touch with the outside air. But beside that good rooms and beds. De kitchen you can use is good...enough stuff to make good food! I will say..check it out!

The staff were very pleasant and would go out of their way to help (even taking the time to remember your name). The location was awesome for a beach side holiday. It was a fair distance from Hollywood and Beverly Hills, but if it is the beach you are after, there wasn't a better location on the West Coast.

This hostel has a great location on Venice Beach, however we did not end up staying here. I booked the hostel, letting them know that we arriving at 2 a.m. on a Friday morning, that we would stay there then, and that night. They let me know that was fine. My boyfriend and I got to the hostel and they only had our reservations for that night. I was extremely frustrated, because I had informed them of our situation and they had said we would have a room, and we didn't. They were helpful, though, in finding us a room at their sister hotel, Cadillac Hotel, which was a few blocks away. They also let us stay there for the price of the hostel.
The hostel is right on the beach so location wise its perfect. The rooms are pretty basic and dark and note there is no laundry facilities. Over all a good place to stay

Best bathrooms and cleanest sheets that i've seen in a Hostel so far! I felt very safe in the Hostel, considering the strange caracters that were outside on the beach. It also had easy access by bus to Santa Monica and other places around. Great!!!
