No air condition in the rooms, so both the rooms and bathrooms were not very attractive. Only one shower was working. Location very nice and staff was nice. If you dont care about the heat and bad indoor climate, go there!

No character whatsoever, but with a location this good who cares? Our room was clean and it had a balcony and a television in it. Kitchen was kinda shabby, but realistically you could do a lot worse. Even tho the bathrooms have no soap and nothing to dry one's hands with.

This place if definately recommended by me for double private room!! Decent enough! And affordable! Dorm rooms always depends a little bit... But its a hostel and thats what you want right?!

Possibly the best location in Toronto! Great if you're not too bothered about security (my room had a balcony which was accessible from a flat roof - and it's french windows were not very secure) I would also recommend taking earplugs...
