I stayed here when I left for Moscow, Russia and on my return home, I stayed here. Its always been a great place to stay while in Chicago and this was like my 4th stay. Couldn't ask for a better location and the staff very friendly and helpful.

I stayed there one night and I really enjoyed it, the stuff is sooo nice and the beds are very clean. And the CTA stations are really close. GREAT!
You cannot beat the location, you are close to public transportation. Bars and restaurants line state street plus Buddy Guys Restaurant is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and tidy and there is plenty of space for storing luggage.
This hostel was brilliant for organising groups. The dorms were clean and the location and staff were excellent. There was an information desk that was very informative. I was a little disapointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom as everything else was so good.
