When we booked this hotel on hostels,com we've send an email to the hotel with the request to pick us up at the airport. When we arrived there, there was nobody! After calling a few times there stille was no answer! Because we couldn't find the hostel, we booked another one. The next day we looked for the hotel and found it in a narrow street. The owners pretented that they didn't know us and wouldn't give our money back! Our advice: Don't book this hotel!!

Fine for the price you pay, and the location is great. A few things to be aware of... some of the staff border on surly (though Hanh, the manager, is lovely) and they close the front gate early in the evening. There was also some construction work going on. Otherwise, it suited our need for an inexpensive, convenient place to stay.

I was expecting something more "arty" and I got very disappointed. The floors were dirty and room smelled of dampness and I paid US$17 for what suppose to be a "large" room. I will definately won't go back.
