unhelpful staff, did not ask whether i had any paperwork when i said i had pre-booked so lost out on $9 and then when i cancelled 1 nights stay a couple of days in advance no refund was offerred, just a rude no we don't do refunds

Arrived on the only flight from sydney expecting reception to still be open (8pm).. got told they had closed and we had to pay a $50 deposit to stay the night even tho we had pre paid... no lockers in rooms so had to sleep on all my money, tickets, passports etc. Ignorant staff... crap rooms....
