The staff is very friendly. The bar/restaurant @ sunflower is really nice. Good place to relax and eat. The busstop and metro are close to the hostel. Only thing that wasn't that great wasthat the shower isn't always warm and our room was never cleaned during our 3 nights stay.

Fantastic! The staff are very friendly and helpful! The location is perfect! We got a lot more than we expected for this inexpensive price! We love this place and we will come back again!

The staff were just wonderful; we had two small boys and lots of luggage, and staff volunteered and then accompanied us to the train station to help with luggage check-in. Thanks all!

they did not have any towels because they were being "washed" during the entire weekend. No one could tell us when they would have towels again, so we had to go next door and buy some. It was a bit inconvenient. Also, they advertise 24 hours hot water, but only give you five hours of hot water at night, none in the morning. The last time I stayed at this hotel they turned off the electricity at midnight so it got very cold in the rooms.
