The place was far from station 2, where most of the nice restaurants are, but it doesn't matter much because transportation is easy and walking on the beach to station 2 is fun.

I think this place is good value, but there is no hot water when you have a shower every morning ! . A bit worn down but it's cheap and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is really a noisy location with lots of building under construction . I also found some small strange friends in my room, including mouse and mosquito. Therefore, I suggest please DON'T book the hotel if you want to stay in BORACAY.
