Two few showers and bathrooms in the building next door, where we stayed; we had to queue everytime.

Definitely the best hostel I have stayed in. Very nice and helpful staff and the hostel was just beautiful, old and with so much character. Even though there weren't any locks on the room doors or luggage cages, we felt very safe just leaving our stuff there, while biking around the area. ( the down side is that there is not that much to do in Killarney beside biking around in the National Park - but still beautiful and nice to get away from the city...) This hostel was very fun and had lots of character and the staff was very nice. The beds were uncomfortable, and the ceilings were a bit low, but no big deal.

Great Character, nice location, helpful staff, best of all nice size room and bed. One thing they could ease up on, the gestapo like signage everywhere, felt sometimes like I was in a prison camp, I know people can be lazy sometimes cleaning up, or drinking or smoking inside, but the signs were plastered on every wall, every door, felt like security camera was watching every move.
