almost everything is great in this hostel out of the location... it's quite far away from the city center and on a hill (what can become pretty exhausting when returning from a long night)... you should absolutely take this into consideration when deciding for a hostel in barcelona!

the hostel was a bit noisy at night, there were no locks on the doors, it was a bit far away from the city centre but apart from that it seems to serve its purpose

This was the worst stay I have ever had. The rooms are tiny. No bedlights for reading. The new window was broken. It was not possible to close it which was not to good concerning the wind and the noise of the street. A group of teenagers were smashing the doors all night long. Since they were out of metal it was even louder. The nightwatchlady was not able to speak Englisch. I complained about the noise and told her that the silence curfew is 11 pm but she aswered: "Sorry the internet is broken." The second night she understood and told me she couldn`t do anything since she cannot speak Englisch. This was my last time I will visit a youth hostel which I always used to like.
