Its a decent place in Kyoto. I was staying at the annex so I didnt really visit the main building, but as everywhere in Japan, it\'s cheap and recommandable. A bit too young population for me, though, expect 18-21 years old.

wehad fun at the hostel but the room was filthy - dirty, sticky carpets and grubby bedding. the showers were verysmall and there was nowhere to put your things while showering. location very good though.

The bAKpAK Hostel is fantastic. We stayed in a galaxy themed room with air con and it was spacious compared with other cheap hostels we have stayed in. Walking distance to Gion Shrines as well as manga museum and they even had free internet! Loved it.
