Warm and welcoming hotel.Staff very friendly,managers very professional,kind,speak English and will help you with anything.The western style rooms are OK but a bit fusty.We had a very nice Japanese style room-spacious with balcony,mountain and river views. The hotel Onsen is also excellent. All in all we had a really relaxing stay here and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Staff were very eager to assist but they speak English very poor. Except this everything's fine , fully recommened , I will stay here again .
