Friendly staff, good location, My credit card seized up tighter than a frog´s ass when I used it to secure the deposit with hostels.com. I was put into fraud alert limbo.

We booked a private double room with two months in advance, we paid all our staying days when we arrived. The second day, we were in the beach when all our possessions were removed out of the room and they wanted to install other passengers there (our room was double private). We were still 4 days of stay paid. The staff was in a "check-in mistake" because the other pax had a twin room not double. Nobody apologized for remove out and disorganise all our things that we ourselves had to return to
