The staff at this hostel were fantastic. We were supposed to fly to Chengdu when the eathquake struck. Our flight was cancelled and we were unsure how we could get our money returned for the flight. The staff at this hostel pretty much took care of this for us. They made all the necessary phone calls, delivered to doccuments to the bus station and were able to get our flights refunded. We were blown away by the incredible service provided by all the staff at this hostel who went above and bey
