Great hostel but unfortunately I was there at a time when the building was closed due to safety issues. Some of my clothes and shoes went missing when my stuff was removed from my room while I wasn't there. The staff were all very helpful in trying to find alternative accommodation.

Clean, safe and economical. Great location with several subway stops nearby. Desk staff nice and helpful. Guests respectful and considerate of one another -- international ambience. Free self-serve bagel, sweet roll and coffee breakfast. Highly recommend !

Very friendly and helpful staff, immaculate rooms and bathrooms, great area.
Really good location if you like good pubs, lots of cheap-ish food places and lots of shops. Its easy to get to soho/china town/greenwhich village as they are all near, and the nearest subway stop is really close. Its pretty good value for money, the breakfast is fine, the beds squeak loooads but the day I left they seemed to be putting new ones in! Lots of steep stairs in the hostel, so if you can't get up them easily this may be a problem. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone, especially females travelling alone, I wandered around late at night on my own and felt absolutely fine. There's a good, cheap internet cafe which is close too, as the hostel doesn't have computers.
