Pretty poor staff. Rooms and hostel are very very basic.I wouldn't come back.

I stayed in this hostel for 3 nights and never received a key. My room had three beds and there was only one person with a key. Thus, I had to ask the guy who works at the reception to let me in when I came back at night, or when I finished a shower, etc. The people at reception speak neither English nor German well enough to answer your questions/concerns. And the shower drains were blocked so I could shower in cold water in someone else's sludge.And then ask the guy to let me in the room. T

The bedrooms are very clean, the staff very proffessional, but the location is not very good. The place is near the central station, in the middle of the Frankfurt's red light district.

I generally donot comment on hostels i stayed but i cant help myself commenting this hostel. Staff were the worst i ever met in any hostels. They dont know how to behave with the guests. Sorry for them but its true !!
