The caretaker Ador was fantastic! Having no reception was an issue... we got there and no key was left out for us. Otherwise, hostel was good.

They did not pick up me from the tube station as I expected according the confirmation. By telephon not sympathetic woman voice gave me the adress of the property and password to security box. For students who are first time in London it is serious challenge to find this hostel. The hostel sent this information but when I was in London and I was calling to them and I had not chance to access to my e-mail box. I booked though this hostel same monthes ago.

Not good value for money. Hidden charges for late check ins and paying by card. There's never anyone in authority about day or night so a late check in fee was laughable. Nice enough dorms but I'd be shocked if there weren't better options for your money.

The place was good. It was close the the tube line. It was good to have a private room, with wireless internet, and kitchen facilities! Could be a bit cheaper, but security was fine and the people living there were great too!
