Very nice hotel in very good location just a few blocks from the lake. Easy walking from hotel to anywhere in town. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is so nice felt like we were in a flash hotel for very cheap price. Such nice rooms and great shower over the bath, clean. The breakfast was five star hotel standard. treat yourself here and we got upgraded to room with a veiw of the lake and mountains 100%.Only one grumpy lady on reception rest were great.

I stayed in the hostel annex, which is just up the street from the main hotel, off a quiet courtyard removed from the street. Although it was extremely dark walking to the annex from the street at night, it is in a safe area so I never felt uncomfortable even as a single female traveling alone. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, the location is terrific and just one block from the pedestrian district of old town and one block from the old city wall, and the free internet was so nice (and so rare - after two months on the road in Europe, it is the first time I have found it for free). The room didn't have a ton of character, but it was big, clean, well-lit, and had a very comfortable bed and great blankets. Thanks for a very welcoming stay!
