Staff could have been a bit more friendly on arival. They seemed quite clicky and more interested in talking to eachother. Were helpful when I asked questions though. Hostel was fantastic. Rooms, kitchen and washrooms were very clean and there was a nice mix of people staying there

A great place to stay in town, close to all the sights of Vancouver and nightlife. The rooms are safe with lockers and comfortable enough. Good place to stay, all in all.

This is the first time at a Hostel for me. I was extremely disappointed in the location and the local clientel of homeless, beggars and criminals. Police were constantly arressting people. This cause me to feel extremly unsafe and unsecure. It would be better if a place further away (even in the country)was chosen and then individuals were bussed in to the city.
