I liked that place. Very clean and well located near by Termini train station. Also you can reach any destination you need by bus. Enjoy your staying at Sergio Hause.

Stayed here twice during our travels through Italy and loved it. Great location within walking distance of train station, metro and buses. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. If you're a light sleeper, very central so expect a bit more noise but nothing a few earplugs can't handle.Would definetly stay here again.

Very nice and courteous staff in the city, not everybody is as nice. Two block from downtown train station was convient. ~24hr service is a plus. Did not like tiny elevator or multifloor walk up. Overall 8/10
