I am amazed because of the unsolved problem we had in your hostel. I thought in a city like Wien this could not be possible. I was in room 212 with other 3 friends and had a problem with the toilet wich made it useless. 4 people can´t be without toilet for 4 days. The staff tried to solve it, but they were not ready because there were no free rooms and the plumbers were imposible to locate. They tried to find their boss but they couldn´t. I think this boss is not cualified to manage any kind of enterprise because she knew about the toilet´s problem before our arrival and ignoring it, she rent the room. She also didn´t dare to talk to me face to face, furthermore, she didn´t come to the hostel to see what was going on,when she was found after phoning her again and again. Finally, our money was not back, and we paid for a service thas was not given to us. When I observed people in Wien, the way they live I thought you were honest people, but after this, I changed my mind. Make sure I will write in all pages I can find unrecommending your Hostel, not because of the problem (because if you wanted, it could be solved) but for the unefficient management. Thank you very much to the rest of the staff, whom behaviour was as good as they could. Write me back if you want something.

The hostel was really ok for the stay - the rooms are free from 12 o'clock lunchtime, check out at 10 o'clock in the morning. towles are available for 2Eur + deposit, free internet usage for 20 min/day, linen is included. location is really great - very close to the shopping street Mariahilferstr / public transport (to the Westbahnhof it's 3 min to walk). also available: TV room / table-tennis / kitchen (haven't used this but it's there - a fridge is in the room).

Easily accessible by transit, quite clean, a nice big TV room downstairs had British CNN playing, there's free internet and a great kitchen. There's no breakfast however, and the atmosphere is slightly dull.
