Hostel is very dirty and poorly maintained. However it is very close to the centre of Vancouver and on the edge of historic Gastown.

El edificio es viejo, y la primera impresión no fue muy buena, pero al final la habitación no estaba mal y el trato ha sido bueno. Además, esta justo en el límite de un barrio que esta bien y el precio... Yo probablemente vuelva el mes que viene...no es el mejor sitio, pero por el precio esta bastante bien

The depicted hostel in the photos is not the actual hostel. The actual hostel is actually next to the worst part of town which is filled with drug addicts and delinquents. The hostel\'s kitchen was filthy and was never cleaned. I was informed by some locals that the building where the current hostel is, was actually a brothel. In addition to all of this the people who ran the hostel were not very helpful with anything at all and when we went to check out had no money to refund our key deposit. All in all a very horrible experience.

As the cheapest accommodation in town w can't complain too much, but don't go there jet-legged and when the jazz festival is on. Quite noisy form the street and inside. The bunk beds were creaking teribly and it could be cleaner, but - once again - for the price...
