Room 304 has BEDBUGS I have 15 bites from sleeping there 4 nights. Now I have to throw everything I own out including my shoes and backpack as the bugs can lay dormant for 18 months in them, I dont want to take them home with me !. Needless to say I am not happy.

The girls that works here are so helpful and nice. Its a good place to stay in a beautiful part of Lima. They let me leave my baggage for free for 12 days while i went to Cusco.

Only stayed very briefly and room and bathroom was relatively clean. There didn't seem to be much common room action and the staff were okay.

This property is deterioating for lack of maintenance, timely upgrading (old matresses, etc)and re-investment (painting , tile etc.) The "cafeteria" is fraudulent. It is a small efficiency sink unit with a hot plat and very small refrigerator placed in a locked closet on the roof top. The property lacks any hint of character (plants, etc). Owner is simply "milking" with no concern for either the pleasure or benefit of his customers. I saw 2 potetial customers inspect and go elsewhere. I reserved 3 nights at La Espana next door for my return to Lima. After inspecting La Espana, it seems to be the complete opposite of San Francisco.

Place was very clean. Surrounding locations however is very shady at night. But this has no bearing on the property itself. No hot water in showers.. only downfall.
