I had amazing time.The staff is very cool,they were very,very friendly and helpful,they recomend me places to visit and nightclubs to go to.The location is just superb,the hostel is very close to everything.The rooms were warm and clean.I would definitely recomend the hostel if you go for weekend budget trip..

I wish to make a full complaint in relation to this hostel. As we went to check in at 10pm Fri evening there was nobody there!!!! We continued to ring the number provided and no answer. Lucky we booked into a hotel for £90 sterling!! Do not attempt to take any more money from my credit card and I expect a full refund of my deposit! I am outraged at this lack of care. I have booked through you site before and never thought for a second that this might happen. This is totally unacceptable. I would appreciate hearing from you further with an explaination together with confirmation of my full refund asap
