very nice hostel, easy to meet new people, DON'T Take a private though. it's not worth paying the extra money, it's very small with a noisy airco etc. Rooms are not great but the hostel itself is good fun

The atmosphere was really great. My friends and I met a lot of fun, interesting people at the hostel, and everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. It is located so close to the downtown area, so it is very convenient to go out at night and explore New Orleans. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to have fun and meet cool people.
