I really liked the CPA Center, but it depends what you're looking for. The upsides: it's clean; it has private rooms with relatively comfortable beds and showers with good hot water; the university setting (it's in the Kenya College of Accounting) feels comfortable and very secure; the food in the cafeteria is inexpensive (250KSH for breakfast, 350KSH for dinner) and really quite good; the staff is very nice (though it was occasionally difficult to figure out who the staff was).
