We booked dorm beds and they charged us private room rates when we left cause noone else in the dorm. The staff were friendly but the place needs a good face lift and a clean.

we got there and they hyad given our beds away! their reasoning was that you guys told them we would be there at 7 pm, and we were supposed to arrive at 11 pm--which is exactly when we got there. We never stayed at this hostel and I want a refund, and so does my friend Vincent Puleo. Email me a response at jennasices@gmail.com.

Let´s not beat around the bush here, and put those rose tinted travel shades down for a mo. This Hostel offers all the comfort and cleanliness of a tramp´s underpants on a hot day. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you have tried every concievable option in Mendoza (inc. park benches or joining a pack of dogs). Enough said.
