It was pretty neat, I just wish the elevators worked as they should, We had to be up and down thru the stairs and the hostel is located on a 6th floor so imagine! other than that, the best hostel i have stayed in all egypt.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpfull and didn't want anything in return. However, the accomodation itself is very basic and the food at the guest house was not nice.

The overall hostel was fine, but we as a group found it annoying when we asked what there was to do, and all we got from the manager was a list of his excursions that he was offering like a dinner cruise. He wouldnt even tell us a cheap way to get to the pyramids when we asked (take the subway to Giza if wondering, then take a 10 EP taxi ride to the pyramids). We just asked other people. We stayed at the hostel because we were on a budget, not because we had all this money to blow. We found that
