The womens dorm was loud all night and really hot. the fans are really close to the top bunks, and they did not except my reservation that I made a week prior so I ended up spending an extra 5 dollars with no refund.

The location was amazing, right in front of the ADO bus station, 1 block from the beach, right in downtown, and 5 minutes walk to party zone. the staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming, but everything else was great.

When I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 AM in the morning, the person at charge told me, everything is occupied there are no vacancy. And I said I have here my reservation and she told me I don´t care! everything is full. And I said to her well that means you don´t respect reservations online how can this be... And she just turned around and leave and smacked the entrance door in my face. I stayed in the night alone looking for another place to stay. Definitely DON´T GO THERE THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS
