Very friendly staff always willing to help. Very basic, but has all you need with free breakfast and internet. So close to everything - recommended!

The staff, Iris especially, were brilliant and sooo helpful - far beyond the call of duty. There is a very laid back atmosphere and I often had to persuade myself to actually go out in KL, staying ion the hostel and chilling with a few beers was so good. Five stars, seriously, I would go back anytime.
