Casa de Avila has problems with its water heater. It was not possible to get constant warm water for showers. They said they will be working on fixing this, however I've seen previous reviews that indicate similar problems in the past.

The setting is fantastic it is great to have a courtyard garden to sit in and read or write. The hot shower has been fantastic best yet!
