Was good, but Poznan isnt really the place to be!

Looks like a jail, might be an old hospital? Rooms could do with some painting and plumbing. Signing needs improvement.

The showers could do with cleaning and a few toilet seats might be nice? And be warned, doors will be slamming all night long and first thing in the morning.

Appears to be a former hospital or something. Not "fun" in any way, but I didn't want to hang out in the hostel so that wasn't really a problem. As for security, it appears to be some sort of rooming house besides a hostel. There were some older men who appeared to be intoxicated in the hallways at night, but they caused no problems. Awkward showers because there is nowhere to set your things down.

The staff were pleasant and the hostel was centrally located between the town and the train station, however the room was unclean and the furniture in a state of disrepair, my boyfriends bed collapsed during the night, leaving him sleeping on a 45 degree angle!
