Its is more like a 1 star hotel than a hostel. The couple running Hostal Alcazaba were so helpful and nice to us, specially the man who has a a very deep voice, kinda like the guy from the movie previews. The location is great, within walking distance of major attractions (e.g. bullfight arena is 10 mins away on foot). Very clean, spacious room. Small but clean bathroom. No complains, but may not be suitable for travellers or backpackers looking for the whole \"hostel\" experience (no common area). Hostal Alcazaba is for those who want a good night\'s sleep (me).

C'est une pension qui est plutôt bien située par rapport au centre ville de grenade. Les propriétaire de l'établissement sont trés sympas et trés serviables. Les chambres sont propres. Le seul problème c'est qu'il n'y a pas le petit déjeuner. noémie france

Lovely place to stay - fantastic owners, spotlessly clean and a fantastic location which isn't really touristy. Nice place to stay if you're the type of person who likes to be out and a bout. We really enjoyed it!

Hotel was a bit of a walk to the main sights but not too far from the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful with showing where the sights were and where to get the bus to the airport. If you\'re travelling in summer, be warned no air conditioning! Including directions to the hotel on hostelworld would be very helpful too.
