You will wait in line for the only bathroom of the floor but the place is nice, quiet (except for the street noise but it's not that bad!) and comfortable. It is not a place for fun but for a quiet stay and a good night of sleep. It's a little bit expensive but what isn't in Florence! I recommend it if you are looking for a nice and calm place.
