I had a great time here - the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable and there's quite a fun buzz about the place. The bar and La Grotta are great as well. The massive downside is that there's no protection against Mosquitoes and a few people I know got bitten quite badly - including me!

They overbooked so I got moved from the main hostel to their sister hotel and it was horrible. The bedroom was a smoking room and had no windows so it stank and there was no air. There was a mains water problem and although we were given a bottle of drinking water during this time, we were continuously told the water would be back on in half an hour, so we wasted the whole night waiting around to take showers which was clearly never going to happen so they should have just let us go round the corner and use the other hostel's facilities but they didn't.
