This hostel was in a pretty dodgey part of town. If you don’t like mice then don’t stay here… because once the lights go out so do they…..one even managed to sneak into my backpack and hitch a ride to the next hostel! We recommend paying the extra 5 bucks and staying closer to the city.

definately NOT a place for WOMEN travelling alone. Carefull with the bed sheets, i got terribly beaten by bed bugs (fleas) ... apparently very common in Vancouver. Avoid this place if possible. The staff in the reception is very nice and helpful.

great hostel, super atmosphere, cheap for the services they offer, clean, happy people, fun travelers and really friendly staff. Towels were free and I was allowed to use the storage room even after check out. I would highly recommend this hostel, when I come again to Vancouver
