I arrived to se no facitlies, no guests, no food, no water, no information on chiang mai. so i refused to stay and went straight to another hostel. would never return

The staff were never around when you needed them (even on check-out!!!), we weren\'t given much information on arrival about the hostel and you could never find anyone to ask any questions. They did do a good daytrip to see the elephants, waterfall and bamboo rafting.

The location was a little bit away from the main area of bars(10min walk) but can not fault the place for its character with nice large gardens, staff very helpful and would stay again if i go back to chiang mai.
