Directions
From the airport:
From outside arrival terminal, take the shuttle bus named 'Real' and ask the driver to drop you off in Ipanema next to the street FARME DE AMOEDO from where you walk until the street Baro da Torre. Turn right on Rua Baro da Torre and go to the number 175 Casa 14.

WARNING!!! There is only one HOSTEL IPANEMA that is located in the small alley where there are other hostels by the next door. The Hostel Ipanema is the House number 14 in the alley. From the outside gate the second house on the left side of the alley.
Alternativaly, you can also go to the number 177 on the same street, outside the alley and right beside the gate, that is another hostel owned by us.

The Hostel Ipanema also arranges airport pick-up at a lower cost comparing with the taxis at the airport.

From the bus station 'Rodoviria Novo Rio':
The same instructions as for the airport.
Plus regular buses numbers 127 or 128.
For either kind of buses, drop-off at Ipanema next to the street FARME DE AMOEDO and follow the instruction as above.
Taxi costs aproximately R$25 from bus station.
