BCN Loft - Hostel
We will meet at our reception office on Carrer de Roca # 26, next to Las Ramblas. Under special circumstances, we will make arrangements for late check ins by appointment only, and they must be arranged before closing time. An extra 25 euros fee applies between 9pm to 12pm. If arriving later than midnight you must make an appointment 3 days in advance. A fee of 40 euros applies.

To get to our office walk from Plaza Catalunya on La Rambla and take the second left (Portaferrisa Street) and then the first right (Roca street).

We have a small staff, you might have to wait up to one hour to be taken to your apartment. When calling our phones may be busy or shortly not be available due lack of coverage, etc. please try again in 5 minutes.

Payment
Its due on arrival, credit card payments will be charged a 3% bank commission. Cancelations must be done by email 48 hours prior to arrival.

Groups
4 or more guests might be charged a deposit of 200 euros on arrival. This deposit will be returned at check out and will cover any expenses like broken furniture, neighbour complaints, etc.

Identification
We will copy your passport and you will have to sign a guest agreement on arrival including your credit card information. There are no visitors allowed at any time at the apartment.

Security
Please do not bring any expensive items, eletcronics like laptops, ipods, cameras, etc., or large amounts of cash. We are not responsible for any missing or stolen items. You acknowledge and agree to take responsability for your own safety at all times.

Cleaning
Each apartment is fully cleaned daily, you will have to clean after yourself when cooking or showering and pick up your own garbage.

Directions:
>From Barcelona airport take the Airport Bus Service to Plaza Catalunya (cost around 4 euros). If you arrive by train take the metro from Sants station to Plaza Catalunya.

>From Plaza Catalunya walk down las Ramblas in the direction of the port, take the second street to the left (that should be Portaferrisa street) and then take the first to the right (that should be Carrer de Roca). Walk down to number 26. The street is parallel to las Ramblas near metro station Liceu.

>If you arrive with Ryan Air take the bus service from Girona Airport to Barcelona (cost around15 euros), the bus arrives to Barcelona Nord station near Arc de Triumph, you can walk (if you don�t have much luggage and have a map) or take the red metro line to Plaza Catalunya.

>A taxi from the Barcelona (Prat) airport costs between 15 to 20 euros to central Barcelona depending on the number of bags you carry. A taxi from the train station should be between 7 and 10 euros and from the bus station less than 7 euros.
