Directions from O'Hare Airport: Follow the signs to the CTA subway entrance. Board a Blue line train for downtown ('54/Cermak'), then exit train at Washington. Walk down stairs and through the pedestrian underground walkway to State Street station and board the Red line north ('Howard'). Exit train at Granville station. Take a Right on Granville, then the first left on Winthrop Ave. Walk one and a half blocks north to Hostel

From Midway Airport: Take the Orange line downtown ('Loop'). Exit at State elevated station and take the stairway to the street level and walk a half block south to the Lake subway station entrance. Take the Red line north ('Howard'). Exit train at Granville station. Take a Right on Granville, then the first left on Winthrop Ave. Walk one and a half blocks north to Hostel

From Union Station: Walk three blocks south on Clinton. Take Blue line north to Jackson, chang to Red line. Take the Red line north ('Howard'). Exit train at Granville station. Take a Right on Granville, then the first left on Winthrop Ave. Walk one and a half blocks north to Hostel

From Greyhound station: Go across street from main entrance and take bus no. 60 ('Blue Island/26th') bus eastbound. Exit at State Street. Take the Red line north ('Howard'). Exit train at Granville station. Take a Right on Granville, then the first left on Winthrop Ave. Walk one and a half blocks north to Hostel
