There are not a lot of signs indicating the hostel so please keep your eyes open for the address (our neighbors take the signs down whenever we put them up, its an on going battle...)

--From the mail railway station Keleti pu (Eastern Railway Station):

Take the RED LINE (M2) metro and go to DEAK TER and then change to the BLUE LINE (M3) metro and go two stops to KALVIN TER. After coming up from the metro at Kalvin Square, look for Kiralyi Pal street exit. Head towards Vamhaz korut, and you will find Lonyay at the first intersection. Walk down on Lonyay until 13/a

Press the bell # 5. We are on the left corner ground floor.

--From Western Railway Station, Nyugati pu :
Take the blue Metro line (M3) in direction to Kõbánya-Kispest and get off at the 4th stop 'Kálvin ter', then take the right exit 'Lonyay utca' and follow the instructions indicated above.

--From the 'International Bus Station Népliget':
Take the blue metro line (M3) in direction to 'Újpest-Központ' and get off at 'Kálvin tér'. Then take the right exit 'Lonyay utca' and follow the instructions indicated above.

--From the Ferihegy Airport:
Taxi is the best way if you are two or more. They charge 3500 Forint (approx. 15 euros) per a trip to anywhere in the Pest side of the city. ASK and SET the price before getting in the Taxi.

By public transportation from the airport: If you want to go by public transportation you need to buy 2 tickets (one for the bus and one for the metro). Buy the ticket at a machine or inside the bus. Take the bus to the last stop (Köbánya-Kispest) -which is also the last stop of the blue metro line (M3). Then validate the 2nd ticket before you board the metro. Get off at 'Kálvin tér' and take the exit 'Lonyay utca' and follow the instructions indicated above.
NOTE: The metro service runs from 04.30 to 23.10 hours every day.

By Airport Minibus: You can take the Airport Minibus - which is cheaper than a taxi if you are alone. The fee is 2.300 Forint per passenger.

WARNING! In Budapest you need to validate a new ticket every time you change metro lines, buses or trams. On the lines M2 and M3 the ticket is valid one hour if you travel in the same direction. On the M1 line the ticket is valid 30 minutes. A ticket cost 230 Forint (approx. 1 euro).
