La Chimba Hostel - Hostel
From the bus terminal:
Take the Metro to the Baquedano Station. This station is located in Plaza Italia. Cross the bridge facing San Cristóbal Hill and walk 2 blocks to the street Dardignac. Turn left, walk one block, turn right (that is E. Pinto Lagarrigue). The hostel is a block and a half on the left #262.

From the airport:
Alternative 1: (BUS) Take the Metro Bus to the Los Heroes Metro Station then take the metro to the Baquedano station. Cross the bridge facing San Cristóbal Hill and walk 2 blocks to the street Dardignac. Turn left, walk one block, turn right (that is E. Pinto Lagarrigue). The hostel is a block and a half on the left #262.

Alternative 2: (TAXI) Better to use alternative 3, 'Transvip'. If you must -- take a taxi direct to the hostel street address. DO NOT PAY MORE THAN $10,000. pesos. (If the taxi uses the express toll road, $1.000 pesos more). ANYTHING MORE THAN 15.000 PESOS IS A RIP-OFF!!!

Alternative 3: (AIRPORT PICKUP) 'Transvip' is a very reputable company. Shared pickup services cost $4.900 pesos. You can just take one or send us your flight details and we will arrange a door-to-door shared pickup service (look for someone with your name on a cardboard sign.
