Nearest metro station is KARLOVO NAMESTI (line B). Make sure you take the exit KARLOVO NAMESTI (not Palackeho). Outside metro cross the tramway tracks (opposite the park), take Resslova street downhill towards the river, after 170m turn right to Na Zderaze street, after 120m turn right to Na Zborenci street. After 50m you hit the hotel.

From the airport:
Take bus 100 to the endstation ZLICIN. Change to metro (line B). Get off at KARLOVO NAMESTI station.

Or take bus 119 to the endstation DEJVICKA. Change to metro (line A), 4th station is MUSTEK, change to line B there (direction ZLICIN), 2nd station is KARLOVO NAMESTI.

By public transport you need transfer ticket for 20 CZK - you buy it at information desk, newspaper stand, or for 25 CZK from driver.
